Should you prefer an alternative approach or need further assistance, our PALS team is ready to step in. Offering a more informal avenue for resolving immediate concerns, PALS aims to provide timely support, typically responding within 15 working days.

Information and Guidance: Need clarity about hospital services or how to navigate them? PALS is your go-to source for general inquiries and support.
