Menopause: From Transition to Renewal

It will cover the epidemiology, pathophysiology, symptom spectrum, cultural perspectives, and evidence-based management of menopause, including hormonal and non-hormonal therapies. Emphasis will be placed on reframing menopause as an opportunity for holistic health optimisation, empowerment, and long-term disease prevention.
