This session will expound the low back pain as one of the most common presenting complaints in healthcare settings among both stable and clinically ill patients as it impacts the quality of life of these groups. Locally evaluated cases will be discussed. The session will cover definitions, classifications, incidence rates, and the pathophysiology of low back pain, while also addressing causes, prevention strategies, and current evidence-based guidelines. Emphasis will be placed on practical recommendations and ethics to avoid complications that may ensue.
