Our Beyond Diagnosis support groups are a place where you can let your guard down, connect with others who truly understand, and find a sense of belonging. This is a space to share your story, learn wellness skills to help you cope, and build the strength you need to keep moving forward.

Support Group Framework

It Is For You, If: You’re dealing with chronic or severe long-term physical health conditions, such as cancer, diabetes, skin conditions and auto-immune disease that have changed your life in ways you never expected.

Why This Group Matters:
Living with a chronic illness is tough. It comes with pain, uncertainty, and a rollercoaster of emotions that’s hard to explain to others who haven’t been through it. This group is a chance to connect with people who get it, people who know what it feels like to face these challenges every single day.

Here, you can:

  • Share your story without feeling judged or misunderstood.
  • Talk about the hard stuff: the fear, the frustration, the moments when you feel like giving up and know you’ll be met with kindness and understanding.
  • Learn ways to cope with treatment, pain, and the mental load that comes with managing your health.
  • Find encouragement from people who’ve been where you are and are figuring it out, one step at a time.

This Is For You, If: You’re managing mental health struggles like anxiety, depression, or mood disorders and want a safe space to talk about it.

Dealing with mental health challenges can feel lonely. Maybe you’re tired of pretending you’re okay, or you’re unsure how to even begin talking about what you’re feeling. This group is here to remind you that you’re not alone and you don’t have to have all the answers.
